SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Physical preparedness has a great influence on an athlete’s ability to master sport-specific techniques and skills, and to apply a chosen playing strategy. It also greatly affects an athlete’s mental state and competitive drive.

If you want to be stronger, more explosive, faster, more agile, more flexible or endurable, than you need strength and conditioning training.

GENERAL FITNESS

This program is for healthy adults who want to be physically active, lose weight or gain muscles, improve general fitness and health status, prevent injuries and diseases, or relax the mind and body.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Corrective exercise training improves posture and movement faults observed during static and dynamic assessment. It is appropriate for all types of clients, from patients to athletes. This type of training diagnoses and treats muscular imbalances, which are often the cause of movement impairments and pain.

If your heels rise, or your lower legs turn out, and feet flatten, or you have a weight shift to one side while you squat, if your pelvis drops or hikes while you stand on one leg if your knees turn inwards while you land after a jump, you need corrective exercise to improve the biomechanics of your movement. In most cases, this will reduce or stop your pain, improve your performance, and decrease your risk of injury.

EXERCISE THERAPY

Kinesitherapy, or exercise therapy, is a therapy that uses movement to treat pain, dysfunction, injuries, and diseases. It is the most potent part of physiotherapy because passive treatments are designed to cure symptoms, whereas active ones are designed to treat the cause. Exercise therapy is training adapted to your specific problem based on indications, contraindications, stages of rehabilitation, etc.

If you are preparing for orthopedic surgery or you already had surgery, if you have low back pain, discogenic problems, neck pain, headaches, knee pain, shoulder pain, postural issues, etc., you need exercise therapy. Corrective exercise training is a part of exercise therapy. However, before beginning any exercise program, you should consult your physician, physiotherapist, or athletic trainer.

YOUTH TRAINING

Some children just need more physical activity. Some need to learn how to properly run, jump, move around, develop coordination, speed or any other physical ability. Some have a posture problem - scoliotic, kyphotic or lordotic posture, flat feet, etc.

All of them need to play - to learn and train through play.
