TENNIS CONDITIONING

Tennis Performance Training for young, collegiate, professional or amateur players takes place in a private, small group or a team setting. It includes both On- and Off-court Conditioning, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.

Tennis Performance Training for Children is designed to improve their posture, enrich their motor skills, and develop a solid athletic foundation, enabling them to play their favorite sport with greater success and enjoyment. It includes balance, coordination, power, speed, agility, mobility, and strengthening exercises chosen to improve children’s running, jumping, throwing, and hitting performance.

Junior Tennis Performance Training concentrates on improving tennis performance by teaching players to move faster and more efficiently and generate more powerful strokes. It contains TENNIS-SPECIFIC balance, coordination, power, speed, agility, mobility, strengthening exercises, and activities designed to correct muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns that might predispose an injury.

TENNIS PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS

Pro Tennis Performance Training to address the player’s specific athletic strengths and weaknesses, as well as to decrease the risk of an injury or overtraining. Energy systems development, accomplished through tennis-specific footwork and tennis-specific movement patterns, enables the player to deliver better performance for a longer period of time.

Amateur Tennis Performance Training is dedicated to tennis lovers of all ages and skill levels who play for health or fun, or who compete through the USTA. It can be tailored to meet the abilities and wishes of each participant or organized as a drop-in tennis clinic with a less personalized approach.

 INJURY PREVENTION AND REHABILITATION

The Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Program solves specific musculoskeletal problems that can affect players of any age or level. This program contains corrective exercises designed to address movement restrictions, stiffness, weakness, motor control deficiencies, discomfort, and pain that might precede more severe injuries or be performed as exercise therapy after an injury. Returning to tennis is helped by an adequate and gradual progression from rehabilitation to performance training.
